ACQUISITION - SEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE SERVICES AGREEMENT: $2,950.00

Terms & Services Include:
Your search criteria, Profile and Qualification review. We will prepare you for the financing, by getting you a preliminary finance companies’ qualification and determination of the finance level you will qualify for. There are unlimited valuation/reviews of the laundries you are looking at and search guidance assistance will be given until a laundry is purchased.
There is no timeline with this program.
In summary, included are: search guidance, general consultation and valuation/reviews as needed until a laundry is selected.
One Full Due Diligence package is also included. This service rolls over until a laundry is acquired. Upon Acquisition, this service expires. PBI also offers services to laundry owners that will be recommended if appropriate.
Process:
I. Search Phase. This part of the service is designed to assist you in your search for an Investment laundry business. PBI shall assist you in your techniques, assist you in understanding the investment value of the laundries under consideration and begin teaching you about the laundry-model. Once a laundry is under serious consideration, we will work together to gather as much information as possible, analyze it and give you our opinion of its current range of value. We will also identify the red flags visible at all stages of the process and once a laundry is selected and an offer accepted, there is a comprehensive Due Diligence package included.
II. Communication lines are very open. We are available through the process by way of text, email, conference calls, video and if required, *in-person meeting at a laundry or in person discussion.
III. Supporting tools in addition to our guidance include Instructional Videos, Info sheet and collection reports.
Full Due Diligence Package:
This service has been developed over more than 35 years of doing Discovery, Diligence, Model-building, Development, Brokerage and Expert Witness work. We are not aware of any Due Diligence system available that compares in the depth of discovery, the cost estimates of deferred maintenance, the potential for continuing growth in addition to the physical conditions of the business, to the extent of PBI.
This service has been designed in a manner that will assist you in understanding the value and the opportunities of the various laundries that you may wish to consider.
The physical Due Diligence with this package consists of unlimited consultations. The physical diligence is broken into quarters (The Clearing, the first Collection analysis, the second collection analysis and the final report). The document review is done prior to this and there is no added fee if the laundry fails to go forward before the clearing is prepared. If a portion or more are used and the laundry is then not purchased, each of the 4 parts can be replaced at the cost of $400.00. There are no limitations on the consultations as long as they are scheduled as recommended.
Lease Review and Recommendations are also included in the Due Diligence - Part 1 of physical diligence.
This program is designed to bring clarity to the laundry investment that you are making through discovery, review and analysis; to help you understand how the laundry model and the model management are at this time and will demonstrate the potential going forward. This service will be essential to your success and to give you the resources and guidance to assist you towards a successful Laundry Investment.
There are no transfers of services or refunds; this service remains available to you until a laundry is acquired. There is no time line.
