  • MARKET & COMPETITION ANALYSIS – DETERMINE THE BEST PATH
  • MODEL BUILDING – CORRECTIVE LEVEL – COST OUT & PROJECTIONS
  • POLICY & PROCEDURE REVIEW
  • IDENTIFY ISSUES THAT ARE MOST ADVANTAGING TO CORRECT
  • IMPROVE OR CREATE A MARKETABLE EXIT STRATEGY 

FEE FOR SERVICE III        $12,500.00

IV ACQUISITION SERVICE – INTERMEDIARY STATUS

  • PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION FOR PBI TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITY TO PBI CLIENTS
  • PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION FOR PBI TO ADVERTISE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PUBLIC
  • PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION FOR PBI TO OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCED LAUNDRY BROKERS (optional)
  • PROVIDES PBI AUTHORIZATION FOR PBI TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER TO CREATE A MARKETABLE LEASE

FEE FOR TRANSACTIONAL INTERMEDIARY WORK    $5,000.00 (Per side)

OTHER SERVICES

PBI has experience in dealing with the hard issues like, homelessness disturbances, financial failure, mediating between laundry owners and their lenders and/or their landlords to resolve issues. If things don’t add up, give us a call.
